Why we started
We started Decode as a way to give back to our community after seeing a recurring gap: talent was everywhere, but direction wasn’t. Many people were interested in Web3 and AI, but didn’t know what to focus on, what skills mattered, or how global products and teams actually operate. The information online was either too shallow or too noisy. Decode was created to bridge that gap by giving people access to real conversations, real examples, and real pathways, not hype or shortcuts.
